PİLİÇ DEVLERİNE REKABET ŞOKU – BANVİT,ŞEN PİLİÇ, BEY PİLİÇ , ER PİLİÇ FİRMALARA CEZA
Rekabet Kurulu, piliç eti sektöründe faaliyet gösteren büyük firmalara ceza yağdırdı. Banvit, Şenpiliç, Beypiliç, Erpiliç ve Keskinoğlu gibi bilinen markalar, “ileri tarihli fiyat listesi” uygulaması nedeniyle kurallara aykırı bulundu. Yeni düzenlemeyle, üretici ve tedarikçi firmalar fiyat listelerini aynı anda yürürlüğe koymak zorunda olacak
Rekabet Kurulu’nun hamlesi
Rekabet Kurulu, piliç eti sektöründe yürüttüğü kapsamlı soruşturma sonucunda firmaların ileri tarihli fiyat listesi gönderme yöntemini yasakladı. Bu yöntemle firmalar, belirledikleri fiyatları alıcılara önceden bildiriyor ancak farklı tarihlerde yürürlüğe koyuyordu. Kurul, bunun haksız rekabet yaratabileceği ve piyasayı manipüle edebileceği kanaatine vardı.
Ceza alan firmalar ve uygulamaları
Soruşturma kapsamında ceza alan firmalar şunlar:
- Banvit
- Şenpiliç
- Beypiliç
- Erpiliç
- Keskinoğlu
Kurul, bu firmaların fiyat listelerini gelecekteki tarihlerde yürürlüğe sokarak alıcıları haksız şekilde yönlendirdiğini tespit etti.
İleri tarihli fiyat listesi nedir?
“İleri tarihli fiyat listesi” yöntemi, üretici ve tedarikçilerin alıcılarına fiyatları önceden göndermesi ve farklı bir tarihte yürürlüğe alması anlamına geliyor. Uzmanlar, bu uygulamanın stoklama ve fiyatlama stratejilerini etkileyerek rekabeti zayıflatabileceğini söylüyor.
Yeni düzenleme ile getirilen yükümlülükler
Artık üretici ve tedarikçi firmalar, gönderdikleri fiyat listelerini aynı anda yürürlüğe koymak zorunda. Bu, hem bayilerin hem de tüketicilerin fiyat değişikliklerinden eşit şekilde etkilenmesini sağlayacak.
Sektör ve tüketiciye etkileri
- Tüketici açısından: Artık piliç eti fiyatları daha şeffaf ve adil olacak. Fiyat artışları veya promosyonlar önceden bilinmesine rağmen farklı tarihlerde uygulanamayacak.
- Sektör açısından: Firmalar fiyat politikalarını daha şeffaf yürütmek ve alıcılarla aynı anda uygulamak zorunda. Uzmanlar, bu adımın piyasadaki fiyat dalgalanmalarını azaltacağını belirtiyor.
Rekabet Kurulu’nun mesajı
Kurul yaptığı açıklamada, “Piliç eti sektöründe rekabetin korunması ve haksız fiyat uygulamalarının önüne geçilmesi amacıyla gerekli yaptırımları uyguladık” ifadelerini kullandı. Kurul, sektörde benzer uygulamaların tekrarlanmaması için denetimleri artıracağını da belirtti.

Sektör analistleri, kararın piyasada uzun vadede denge sağlayacağını vurguluyor. İleri tarihli fiyat listesi uygulamasının yasaklanması, firmaları fiyat belirlerken daha dikkatli olmaya zorlayacak. Tüketiciler için fiyatların adil ve öngörülebilir hale gelmesi, özellikle market zincirleri ve restoranlar için önemli bir kazanım olacak.
