Dervişoğlu’ndan Rapor Bombası: “Bu Bir Sefalet Manifestosu!”
İYİ Parti Genel Başkanı Müsavat Dervişoğlu, Milli Dayanışma, Kardeşlik ve Demokrasi Komisyonu’nun kabul ettiği ortak rapora sert tepki gösterdi. Dervişoğlu, raporu “fikri ve vicdani olarak bir sefalet manifestosu” olarak nitelendirdi.
Komisyon Raporuna Ağır Eleştiri
Dervişoğlu, parti genel merkezinde düzenlediği basın toplantısında komisyonun kabul ettiği ortak raporu hedef aldı.
Raporun Cumhuriyet’in temel değerlerine aykırı bir yaklaşım içerdiğini savundu.
Metnin siyasi uzlaşma görüntüsü altında farklı görüşleri bir araya getirdiğini ifade etti.
Raporun içeriğini hem hukuki hem de vicdani açıdan sorunlu bulduğunu söyledi.
“Cumhuriyet’e Yönelik İfadeler Kabul Edilemez”
Dervişoğlu, raporda yer alan bazı değerlendirmelerin Cumhuriyet Devleti’ni hedef aldığını öne sürdü.
“100 yıllık zulüm düzeni” ve “100 yıllık reklam arası” ifadelerine atıf yaparak metni eleştirdi.
Bu söylemlerin Cumhuriyet’in tarihsel kazanımlarını zedelediğini savundu.
Söz konusu yaklaşımın siyasi ve toplumsal gerilim yaratabileceğini dile getirdi.
“Fikri ve Vicdani Olarak Sefalet Manifestosu”
Raporun maddeler üzerinden teknik olarak tartışılabileceğini belirten Dervişoğlu, asıl sorunun zihniyet olduğunu söyledi.
Hukuk devleti, demokrasi ve insan hakları gibi kavramların yeniden keşfediliyormuş gibi sunulmasını eleştirdi.
Bu değerlerin son 25 yılda zedelendiğini öne sürdü.
Raporu “fikri ve vicdani olarak bir sefalet manifestosu” sözleriyle nitelendirdi.
Terörle Mücadele Vurgusu
Dervişoğlu, raporda terörle mücadele dönemine ilişkin ifadeleri de eleştirdi.
40 yıl süren mücadelenin satır aralarında küçümsendiğini savundu.
PKK’nın silah bırakmadığına dair ifadelerin yer aldığını belirtti.
Bu durumun siyasi sorumluluk doğurduğunu söyledi.
Siyasi Partilere Yönelik Eleştiriler
Raporun altına imza atan siyasi partilere de tepki gösteren Dervişoğlu, aylar süren çalışmaların sonuçsuz kaldığını savundu.
Milletin beklentilerinin karşılanmadığını ifade etti.
Verilen taahhütlerin toplum nezdinde güven kaybettiğini dile getirdi.
Komisyonun gerçek bir çözüm üretmediğini öne sürdü.
Hukuk ve Demokrasi Tartışması
Dervişoğlu, raporda yer alan tutuksuz yargılama ve yerel yönetimlerin güçlendirilmesi gibi başlıklara da değindi.
Bu konuların evrensel hukuk normları çerçevesinde ele alınması gerektiğini söyledi.
Ancak mevcut yaklaşımın samimi olmadığını savundu.
Demokratik kazanımların siyasi hesaplara kurban edilmemesi gerektiğini vurguladı.
İYİ Parti Genel Başkanı Müsavat Dervişoğlu’nun açıklamaları, komisyon raporuna yönelik siyasi tartışmaları yeniden alevlendirdi. Raporun içeriği ve kullanılan ifadeler, farklı siyasi partiler arasında ciddi görüş ayrılıklarına yol açmış durumda.
Önümüzdeki günlerde komisyon raporuna yönelik eleştirilerin artması ve siyasi cepheleşmenin derinleşmesi bekleniyor. Sürecin nasıl ilerleyeceği ve olası yasal adımlar, Türkiye siyasetinin gündeminde belirleyici olmaya devam edecek.
